WATERTOWN CT. ENGINE 6

Gowans Knight is pleased to have completed yet another apparatus for the Watertown CT. Fire Department. Pictures below show the finished product, as well as earlier, work-in-progress. Engine 6 is a 2006 Spartan Diamond chassis with a 10” raised roof. This unit features a “GK” custom stainless steel body, Amdor roll-up doors with LED compartment lighting, a Hale Q-two 1500 gpm two stage pump with stainless steel plumbing and valves, an 800 gallon UPF Poly tank with a 40 gallon foam cell, a Hale FoamLogix Class “A” foam system, a Whelen LED NFPA light package, a Harrison 15kw hydraulic generator, Hannay electric cord reel, a Will-Burt “Night Scan” light tower and a Amkus hydraulic rescue system.
